This „ready to use“ vanilla sugar consists of refined sugar with the added unique flavour of premium vanilla powder. Vanilla sugar contains a min. of 7% natural vanilla and is a very aromatic creation for industrial purposes as well as for traditional recipes.

Natural vanilla powder is suitable for a variety of uses: because of its easy measurability it is often used for bakery products of all sorts, as well as sweet and saline food.
