This highly aromatic syrup is dark brown, easy to measure and very soluble, while nearly completely alcohol free. The full aroma of the high grade vanilla beans is conserved by a gentle extraction process.

Production:
In the first step, the aromatic components of the vanilla beans are extracted together with the vanillin. Then, with a slow heating process, the alcohol is separated from the natural vanilla extract resulting in a practically alcohol-free extract. In the final step, added sugar is completing the aromatic syrup.
